Job Description
We are seeking a full time sales and marketing professional with responsibility for bringing in new business by securing cleaning contracts with both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be

an experienced sales professional with demonstrated expertise in identifying and qualifying target accounts
Will implement promotion strategies
Identifying and meeting decision makers (through cold calling and networking)
Provide estimate for services
Building relationships with decision makers and creating opportunities to submit proposals
Should be writing and presenting proposals to client and involve with negotiation
Closing sales and maintaining relationships after the account is acquired.

Qualifications
we are looking for following skills with candidate:

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience with building promotion materials and activities
Proficiency using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
2 to 3 years of experience with marketing product or service
Demonstrated networking skill with in an industry
an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A pressure washing or power washing is a popular cleaning method using high-pressure mechanical sprayer to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings, vehicles and concrete surfaces.
